- What are the specific questions that we are trying to investigate?
- Who is the target group/participants?
- How high is the risk level in this experiment?
- What measures are we taking to contain the risk?
- What is the timescale?
- What are the expected outcomes, and how do we measure them?
- Do we need any materials?
- What is the specific activity that will make our experiment?
- What was the drive behind that experiment?
- What were the expected outcomes and have we achieved them?
- What are the unexpected outcomes that we discovered during and after our experiment?
- What was the risk level?
- What was the impact of the measures taken to contain the risk?
- What was our emotional state during the experiment? the participant's emotional state?
- What are the conclusions that we can draw from this experience?
